Ham and Cheese Omelette Ingredients: 1 Large Egg, beaten 2 Eggs, beaten (can be scrambled or boiled) 1 Tbsp of grated Cheese of choice 2 Tbsp of chopped Ham of choice (we used a mixture of ham, baby spinach and kalamata olives) 4 Tbsp of milk of choice (we used almond milk) Method: Mix the eggs with the milk and cheese.
