After you have inserted the potato into the octopus’s head, you should then cover the octopus with some water. The last step is to cover the bowl with some plastic wrap. The octopus should be submerged in the bowl and it should be covered with the plastic wrap. Place the bowl in the fridge for 24 hours. After 24 hours you can remove the plastic wrap and remove the octopus. The octopus should be cooked for 4 minutes. The octopus can then be served on a salad or on a bun.
