You will need to create a hole in the middle of the sticky rice dango. You can use your finger to make the hole. Fill the hole with the sweet toppings of your choice
How To Make Frozen Dango
Traditional dango is made from a sticky rice dough mixed with sweetened azuki bean flour. Dango can be enjoyed hot or cold. To make frozen dango, all you need is some coconut milk and some sweetened azuki bean flour. The coconut milk is added first, followed by the sweetened azuki bean flour. The mixture should be allowed to sit for about 5 minutes before it is scooped into a freezer container. When frozen, it can be cut into cubes or crushed into ice.
