Pesto Pizza
A pizza with pesto has become a staple on the menu of many local pizza places. It’s a popular topping in places like St. Louis and Phoenix. Here’s a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners. Ingredients 1 large ball (about 9 inches in diameter) frozen pizza crust Pesto is traditionally made with basil, pine nuts and olive oil, but you can use walnuts, pistachios or a mixture of walnuts and pistachios. (This recipe uses a basic basil pesto.) 1 cup of cheese, you can use any combination of hard cheese and soft cheese (such as mozzarella, feta and Parmesan). 1) Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. 2) Spread a layer of pesto on the pizza. Top it with shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle with more cheese. 3) Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese starts to bubble and the crust is lightly browned. 4) Sprinkle with more cheese and return the pizza to the oven for another 5 minutes. Let it cool slightly, and enjoy.

They are essentially french fries with pizza sauce, but with a pizza slice cut out. The pizza fries are served hot and are covered in pepperoni and cheese. This dish is perfect for a snack between meals, or a dessert. This recipe comes from the House of Cards and is a simple and easy recipe.
