This is a new and simple food preparation which makes the pork tenderloin tender. And it tastes delicious.
Preheat oven
How To Cook Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and coat it in olive oil. Place pork tenderloin in a baking pan. Cook it for 30-40 minutes or until meat is tender.
Cooking Time
Of course, if you’re a vegetarian, there are other delicious ways to enjoy pork. You can also simply add the marinade to pasta or rice dishes. It’s important that the marinade has a strong flavor. For this recipe, use a marinade that is low in acid, such as apple cider vinegar.
Measurement
1. Use 1 tbsp water to soak gelatin for 20 minutes. Mix 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl. 2. Add gelatin and mix well. Let mixture stand for about 5 minutes. 3. In a measuring cup, add boiling water to gelatin until it reaches about 2/3 of cup. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. 4. Put pork tenderloins in a casserole dish. Pour mixture over tenderloins. 5. Cover the dish with foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. 6. Take pork from the oven and serve.
