Here are the ingredients and the process to make the whole chicken: 1 whole chicken breast, cleaned and trimmed for plating, beak and giblets removed 1 large whole skinless, boneless chicken breast 2 free range eggs, beaten 1/2 cup of crushed almonds 1/2 cup of crushed pistachios 1/2 cup of unsalted pistachio nuts 1/2 cup of black pepper 1/2 cup of ground cumin 1/4 cup of garam masala 1/4 cup of coarse salt 1/2 cup of coconut oil 1/4 cup of water 1/2 tsp of lemon juice 1/2 tsp of ginger 2 tsp of onion powder 1/2 tsp of garlic powder (or 2 cloves) 1/4 cup of water Instructions Cook chicken breast in a large frying pan over medium heat. Stir until cooked through (about 20 minutes). Preheat oven to 400°F. Beat eggs. Beat egg in a bowl. Add crushed almonds, crushed pistachios, crushed pistachio nuts, pepper, cumin, garam masala, salt, coconut oil, lemon juice, ginger, and onion powder. Beat well.
