When it comes to tea, 4 ounces is how many cups of iced tea you can drink. This is usually the standard amount of tea that someone consumes. The caffeine content of 4 ounces of tea is about the same as a cup of coffee, so the added benefit of tea is that it contains lots of antioxidants. Tea also contains an amino acid called L-theanine, which relaxes your mind.
