How To Cook Rice?
It takes about 3-5 minutes for a cup of rice to cook. To cook a cup of rice, first place the pot of rice on medium-high heat for about 30 seconds. Then, cover the pot and wait about 5 minutes. This will allow the rice to release all of its water and cook. Once the rice is cooked, put the pot of rice into a strainer. To do this, hold the strainer above the pot of rice and pour the rice into the strainer. Don’t shake the strainer or you will break up the grains of rice. Let the strainer drain until the rice is cool.
