This is a recipe I have learned to do at home. Since they are the best kind for me, I try to make them as often as possible. This is a great way to make rice, and even better is that it is so easy to make. Start by soaking your rice for about an hour. During that time you will want to leave it in a bowl, but the water needs to be changed occasionally to make sure it is not too soggy. After your rice is soaked, put it in your Kitchen Aid. First add a little salt to the rice. Then add in the water you put in the bowl. Let it mix for a minute or two and then add in the rest of the ingredients, the rest of the water, and the little bit of oil that is in the container. Now on to cooking. Cook it for about a minute, then make sure the rice is still tender. To make sure it is done right away, it’s best to use a rice cooker. Cook it for a minute or two more. When it is done, add in some seasoning.
