What Ingredients Are Needed

Ingredients Needed:
-One boneless chuck-eye roast
-Candy Buttons, but only 3 for the recipe (if the beef is uncooked when you add them, they will sink, but will work just fine in the crockpot)
-Two 14.5oz cans diced tomatoes
-One 14.5oz can stewed tomatoes (this is key for flavor, I would skip this if you want it thicker)
-8oz. small white potatoes
-4oz. small carrots
-1.5oz celery
-2 cups baby new potatoes
-2tbsp ketchup (this is a personal preference, this is not necessary for this recipe)
-2tbsp soy sauce
-2tbsp vinegar
-6.5oz. medium or large bone in, boneless beef short ribs (any cuts will work, I picked this meat because it’s lean, but anything lean and short would work)
-3tbsp cornstarch (this is a personal preference, but if you don’t have this, your stew will be very wet, but will work fine if you add this)
-2tbsp beef bouillon granules (this is a personal preference, if you don’t have this, your stew will be very thin)
-1/2 cup dry red wine (this is a personal preference, but any red wine will work, although a hearty red
