To make this gluten free pecan pie bars, you will need:
-A gluten free pie crust (to make your own: read about the crust here)
-½ cup of canola oil
-3 large eggs
-¼ cup of brown sugar
-1 tablespoon of salt
-¼ cup of vanilla extract
-3.5 cups of pecan pieces
-1 cup of coconut flakes
1. In the food processor, put the pecans, coconut and eggs, and vanilla.
2. Blend this mixture until it forms a smooth consistency.
3. Next, spread this mixture evenly between the two pieces of the pie crust.
4. Bake this mixture in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. After 20 minutes of baking, remove the pie bar from the oven and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
6. Return this to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
7. Allow this to cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
8. Cut into 12 slices and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix peanut butter and brown sugar with hands. 3. Sift baking powder and flour. 4. Mix the egg in peanut butter mixture. 5. Add baking powder and flour mixture and mix. 6. Mix in chocolate chips and candy chips. 7. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and fill with mixture. 8. Bake for 30 minutes or until firm. 9. Let cool and cut into bars. 10. Coat bars with butter and sprinkle with pecans. 11. Freeze until chilled and then cut into bars.
