I have a boss. As a leader, I have a job to do and I do it well. But I also want to help, and I want to be a nice person. In my position, I also have the privilege to give a lot of feedback to the people who report to me. If I say something that’s negative, then it’s not just their feelings that are hurt, it’s my feelings too. However, because I’m always trying to help, and I’m also a nice person, I just say it as it is. But this can have some negative effects. If I say something and it’s negative, then that hurts me as well.

Why Am I Emotionally Numb?

There are a number of reasons why you may be feeling emotionally numb. First, you may be suffering from depression. Another possible reason could be that you’re experiencing a lot of stress. Emotional Intelligence and Bad Behaviour

Your emotions are an important part of who you are. You can think of emotions as physical sensations that are used to signal that something in your environment is meaningful. Emotions include things such as happiness, sadness, anger, love, and fear. These emotions are a way of communicating with other people, and also with yourself. For example, when you feel happy, you might feel a sense of pleasure. When you’re angry, you might feel tension in your muscles. There are two main types of emotions. The first is arousal, which is the general feeling of being emotional. The second is valence, which is a sense of good or bad. Many people mistakenly think that being emotional and feeling sad means that you’re unhappy. But your emotions are part of who you are and need to be treated with the same level of respect that you would give other parts of yourself. Some people are more emotional than others. They can’t always control their emotions, and this can make them seem disinterested, uncaring, or even unfriendly. This is called emotional immaturity. You can improve your emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a combination of the capacity to understand your emotions and the ability to manage your emotions. It helps you understand what is going on in your own mind. It also helps you understand others’ emotions, and it can help you communicate with them.
