Kitchen Sink

Our kitchen sink has an extra deep sink that is almost as big as the dishwasher. It’s pretty useful for washing a lot of dishes at once, but it gets a little crowded. I’m not sure I could even fit in all the bowls and plates.

Recipe

Ingredients: Chicken – 2 whole
Boneless skinless – chicken breasts
Red bell pepper – 1
Garlic – 2 cloves chopped
Parsley – 2 Tbsp
Green onion – 1 chopped
Cayenne pepper – 1/8 tsp
Dijon mustard – 1 Tbsp
Celery salt – 1 Tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Crushed corn – 1 cup
Instructions: * cut breasts in half * place in crockpot * rub salt, pepper and dijon onto each * place garlic, parsley, pepper, onion, and cayenne in the center of each breast * pour milk into the crockpot * add in celery salt, crushed corn and lemon juice * cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours * serve hot * * I like to slice the breast and serve over a bed of lettuce

If you don’t have a whole chicken, you can use just the breast and make a 3-pound chicken. If you don’t have a whole chicken, you can use just the breast and make a 3-pound chicken. Easy

This was so easy and delicious. I just added all the ingredients and gave it some time, and that was it. Just plop in the crock pot and leave it until dinner time. The only cleanup is to put the pieces into a container to eat later. Perfect for a busy night in.
