I don’t know why, but it just doesn’t seem like a lot of fun or good to cook when you are busy and don’t have the time. I think that the way that I eat is a lot healthier and happier than how some people cook, but there are some foods that require a little more attention. Of course, the first things that I think about when it comes to food are cooking and refrigeration. If you want to cook your chicken, you need to know when it is safe to do so. Most chicken is very fresh when you buy it, but it can go bad if it isn’t stored properly. The ideal conditions for storing food are refrigeration and about 40-45°F (4-7°C). If you don’t refrigerate your chicken, it can go bad in less than a week. This is a major safety risk, so take a moment to read this article on how to properly store your chicken, and refrigerate it.
