Day 6 – No Alcoholic Beverages

In Day 5, you learned that every day of your challenge is a separate day. Today, you’re not allowed to consume any alcoholic beverages, other than water. This includes beer, wine, liquor, and even coffee and tea. This is important to remember in order to stay focused and productive, especially when you’re on a tough day. However, if you do want to have a drink, there are some things you should know. First, the type of alcohol you drink can have a big impact on your overall health and drinking limit. Beer, wine, liquor, and even hard liquors are all considered to be alcoholic beverages. An alcoholic beverage can contain any amount of alcohol, but a hard liquor is typically defined as having 25% or more alcohol. So, if you’re drinking a beer that has 7% alcohol, you’re only consuming 7% alcohol. However, a hard liquor that has 40% alcohol would be consuming 40% of your daily alcohol limit. On the other hand, coffee and tea aren’t considered to be alcoholic beverages, even though they contain caffeine. This is because caffeine is a stimulant, and stimulants aren’t typically considered to be alcohol.

Day 16 – No Dessert

With a slightly lighter approach today, here are some of the rules for today’s challenge. The goal is to eat a no dessert day. For breakfast, we recommend trying a protein shake. For lunch, try a salad. For dinner, don’t eat dessert. For snacks, we recommend snacks that are satisfying. To keep your energy levels up and help with good sleep habits, it is best to eat 5 small meals a day.
