– When cooking ground beef, it’s better to cook it rare or medium-rare than to cook it well done. This is because it can affect your cholesterol levels.

– If you want to serve beef rare, you can wrap it in plastic wrap and then put it in a plastic bag.
– When storing raw meat, don’t use wax paper, cling wrap or plastic wrap. Instead, store raw meat in a clean, dry, tightly closed container.
