The following guidelines should be followed when preparing vegetables for pizza. First, wash the vegetables thoroughly. While not a requirement, this is a good way to remove any dirt or sand. Once the vegetables have been washed, cut the onion and red pepper into bite sized pieces. Slice the mushrooms, then dice the eggplant and squash. Slice the tomato and cut the mushrooms into rings. For the sauce, first make the tomato sauce. Combine the sauce ingredients and set aside. Combine the pizza sauce and crushed red pepper in a pan, and heat to a simmer. Next, put the sliced mushrooms in a small pan, and heat the mushrooms until they are slightly softened. When the mushrooms are done, add the chopped eggplant and squash. Simmer the vegetables until they are softened. While the vegetables are simmering, spread the sauce onto the baking sheet. Assemble the pizza. Now, spread the tomato sauce on the bottom of the baking sheet. Top the sauce with the sliced red pepper. Next, sprinkle on the sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle the diced eggplant and squash on top of the mushrooms. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the vegetables. Finally, sprinkle on the diced onion. Next, place the crust on top of the pizza and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

However, there is a different solution to this. You can use a bowl of uncooked rice, and a sheet pan. You can then slide the pizza dough onto the sheet pan and then put it into the oven. When you are done, just pick up the sheet pan and carry it out to a cooling rack. That way you don’t have to worry about moving the pizza stone around. You can get the hang of this by making a few tests first.
