If you’re cooking with pork, you want to be sure that the pork is cooked through before you serve it to the family. This is particularly important if you’re serving pork to a small child. For best results, you should sear your pork. This makes sure that the inside of the pork is well browned, which will help it cook more evenly. The ideal temperature for searing pork is between 350 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. And for the best flavor, you should let the pork rest for a few minutes after you’ve seared it. After the pork rests, it’s ready to be served.

What do you cook pork to?

Many people cook pork with the skins on because it adds flavor. However, this is not always necessary. You can cook it with the skins off.
