But there is no Recommended Dietary Allowance for vitamin B. So, you shouldn’t have to supplement with vitamin B if you’re getting enough in your diet. However, it’s important to note that vitamin B is generally not a required vitamin. So, it’s possible that you could get adequate amounts of vitamin B from your diet. Additionally, vitamin B is an essential part of your body. So, if you don’t get enough of it, your body will try to make more. If you do take a supplement, take a multivitamin with vitamin B, which will give you the best absorption.
