how to cook the chicken
Making salad is easy and delicious. There are a few simple steps involved in cooking salad, which is why it is so popular. First, wash the greens in cold water, drain and spin dry. This removes the excess water and leaves the greens nice and fresh. Next, add the lettuce to a bowl. Cut the cheese into cubes and add it to the bowl. Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces. And, finally, add a small amount of dressing. This can be done with bottled dressing, lemon juice or oil and vinegar. Add to the bowl and give it a good toss. Lastly, top with cheese and serve.

1. first wash the chicken. season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.2. put the chicken pieces into a colander, and rinse with cold water.3. drain the chicken, and put into a large bowl. add 1 tablespoon olive oil, and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the spice blend. pour the rest of the spice mix over the chicken.4. add 3 cups of the chicken broth, along with 3 cups of the vinegar. mix well.5. let the chicken marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.6. drain off the liquid.7. mix the 2 tablespoons of sugar with the 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and add to the bowl.8. pour the rest of the vinegar over the chicken. add the juice of 1 lemon. put in the fresh cut herbs. mix well. let marinate for at least another hour.9. cook the chicken over medium-high heat. put in the asparagus for the last 5 minutes.10. serve the salad.

1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of chopped toasted walnuts
2-3 teaspoons of ranch dressing
