Ingredients
- 120 wheat flour or for cookies
- 150 g. of sugar
- 100g. of butter
- 2 eggs

PREPARATION OF THE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS
- In a deep container suitable for mixing place, lthe eggs, the sugar with the butter and beat the mixture
- In a bain-marie or in a microwave, melt the chocolate pastry making sure it does not burn (micro deep 30 seconds) in a bain-marie over medium heat and once most of it is melted over low heat until creamy consistency is obtained and add to the deep bowl
- Then add the flour with the yeast and a pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients

- Shape the cookies with your hands forming a circle, between 4 and 5 centimeters, you can shape with a glass or with a cookie cutter
