    2 sheets of puff pastry, 2 onions, 200 g of bacon, half a small pumpkin, 200 g of goat cheese, 1 garlic clove, 1 egg, extra virgin olive oil, fresh chives or parsley, salt and black pepper

    • Cut the pumpkin into cubes, the onion into very thin julienne strips and the goat cheese roll into thick slices. Chop the garlic clove.
    • Sauté the pumpkin and reserve. Sauté the onion with the minced garlic and reserve. Brown the bacon without using oil, let it brown in the fat itself.
    • Cut 4 strips of puff pastry to place on the edge of the other puff pastry and make it thicker. You can also cut different shapes with the remains of the puff pastry with which to decorate the plate.
    • Glue the strips to the edges of the puff pastry by brushing with egg, oil or water.
    • Put the onion and pumpkin on the puff pastry and brush the edges with egg. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes at a temperature of 180-190ºC.
    • Remove the puff pastry from the oven and add the bacon and cheese slices. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at a temperature of 180-190ºC.
    • Take the puff pastry out of the oven and decorate with chopped chives and extra virgin olive oil.
