Ingredients
1.5 kg of pork in a single piece, the cut that we are going to use has to have a good proportion of fat since it will take a long time to cook.
350 gr of barbecue sauce
1 onion
1 liter of meat broth
olive oil
Peppers
Cinnamon
Cumin
garlic powder
black pepper
dried thyme
Salt
Brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the meat, mix the seasonings in a container with two tablespoons of water and brush the meat.
Step 2
Let the meat rest in the fridge for as long as you think is necessary. The longer you leave it, the more flavor the meat will have.
Step 3
Seal the meat in a large pot with olive oil.
Step 4
If you want to prepare it in a pot, place the broth, the chopped onion and cook for about 50 minutes in a pressure cooker or 2 to 3 hours in a common pot over low heat. You can also do it in the oven covered with aluminum foil, also for 2 to 3 hours of cooking over medium heat.
