[text]: Directions: Boil water in a large stock pot, and put chicken breast in water to boil. Cook chicken for about 7 minutes. Cut chicken into strips and set aside. In another large stock pot, boil rice with water for about 20 minutes or until tender. Prepare beans by pouring beans and Rotel tomatoes in a strainer and drain, then set aside. Remove chicken from stock pot and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the celery, bell peppers, tomato paste, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, and corn starch. Saute the rice
