What can I say about Mexican food? I grew up eating a lot of Mexican food and it has influenced me to live my life to the fullest. The best part of eating Mexican food is that it is usually inexpensive, and it can be enjoyed by everyone. Burgers and Cheese

This is my favorite recipe because the beef and cheese will melt together, and the spices come through. I usually find that this is a healthier option than regular meat and cheese sandwiches because I don’t have to have mayo, and I’m not eating as much meat. Since I make this every once in a while, I also keep a good supply of buns around to serve it on. I used the “grainy” Cheddars from Wisconsin for the buns, but if you like a more authentic experience, you can use the real thing. I also make these for a lunch or dinner party, and they make a great appetizer. I’ve had a lot of people ask me how I make it, so I thought I’d post it here.

[Instructions]: Boil water, put onion in boiling water and wait until onions get soft. Put oregano and garlic in pot and mix with onions. Boil for about 3 minutes. Add boiling water to tomato and wait for water to boil. Chop tomatoes and add to boiling water. Boil for about 5 minutes. While onions and tomatoes are boiling put bell pepper in boiling water. Put chicken and green pepper in olive oil and salt. Put cheese and mix in pot. Add bell peppers and cook for about 5 minutes. Mix cheese dip in frying pan.
