Lentil Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 g of lentils
- 1 pc onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 pc green pepper finely chopped
- 150g bacon
- 150g of chorizo
- 200 g of smoked chop
- 360 g tomato puree
- 2 bay leaves
- 500 ml of water
- w/s salt
- w/ pepper
Procedure
- In a pan, fry onion, garlic and pepper for 5-7 minutes.
- Add bacon, chorizo and chopped smoked chop. Let cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Add lentils, tomato puree, bay leaves and water. Season with salt and pepper. Let the lentils cook for 30-40 minutes.
- remove from the fire and serve
