i am diabetic, i have been on medication for years to keep my sugar levels in check and they work but they dont help with my appetite, i am always hungry. i am on a diabetic diet and i have added more food which makes me even more hungry, if i eat anything i eat everything and i am still always hungry. i cant even sleep i get hungry and i take my meds and i will get sleepy and then i get hungry again. i cant eat any kind of food, i eat one type of food and that fills me for the whole day. i eat a lot and i feel sick the next day. i dont even have an appetite i dont know why its this way but i cant eat anything. my body just aches and i feel so fat. please help if you can and i can’t even sleep but i am always hungry. please help.
