Clean the wooden handle with warm water and soap, wipe off the excess oil, clean the inside of bowl with hot water, dry the bowl thoroughly, re-oil the base of spoon with oil before using it again, rinse the entire bowl under running water until the water runs clear, add mint leaf powder to taste, fill the container with water to cover the whole bowl, shake the bottle vigorously, pour the contents into the muddled glass, stir the mixture, let it stand for five minutes, strain the liquid, repeat the same steps until all the ingredients are mixed together.
