What can I use instead of heavy cream for whipped cream?

Can I make whipped cream with light cream?
You should use heavy creams in order to avoid the risk of skin irritation. Light creamed products are safe to use, however, there is a risk that the cream will melt when heated. If you want to make your whipped product without the added risk, try using light creamer instead of heavier cream (see below). You can also use lighter cream than heavycream in recipes that call for heavycreme. For example, if cooking pasta, use a light sauce such as light olive oil insteadof heavy olive oils. This way, no extra fat is added to create the creamy texture. Also, this recipe uses a lighter sauce since it contains less fat than the heavy version.

Note: You should not use a cream separator to remove the whey from the top of your evaporator. Instead, pour the remaining liquid into a measuring cup and discard the solids. Do not add the whole container back to your refrigerator. Always use the same measuring cups and spoons when measuring liquids. Also, do not store any liquid in glass containers. They can break and cause damage to glass.
Can we whip cream with hand blender?

When you’ve got the consistency you want, scoop out the desired amount of cream and place it back in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
