Start by adding 1 cup of water to the coconut milk. Now add 2 tablespoons of lecithin granules. Stir. Add 3/4 cup of sugar to the mix. Add the salt. Stir. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat. Allow the mixture to cool before putting it in the refrigerator.
