Ingredients and Instructions
It’s one of my favorite meals to make for breakfast. In fact, I just made a breakfast pizza for a member of the Dapper Project. As I was preparing breakfast, I realized that I needed to share some of my recipe with you all. A tortilla pizza is essentially a pan pizza with a corn tortilla instead of a traditional pizza crust. The ingredients for this recipe are: To make the dough, mix together the dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking powder). Then add the water and knead until it forms a nice dough. Let the dough rest for at least an hour. After resting, preheat your oven to 350F and place your tortilla in the oven for about 10 minutes. Take the tortilla out and top with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. Make sure that the toppings and cheese are evenly spread, otherwise the tortilla might be hard to close and eat. Once the tortilla is ready, place it back into the oven and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove it from the oven and slice it. Enjoy!

Procedure
Tortilla pizza is one of the most popular Mexican dishes. It is usually made with corn tortillas and topped with grated cheese, sliced onions, guacamole and salsa. It is traditionally eaten for breakfast, but can also be eaten for lunch or dinner. The first step to make tortilla pizza is to prepare the tortillas. Prepare the tortillas by soaking them in a mixture of warm water and baking soda. Place them in a tortilla press to flatten them out. While the tortillas are still soft, heat them in a frying pan with olive oil over medium-low heat. Press one end of the tortilla into the pan to form a wedge shape. Flip the tortilla over and cook the other side until it is golden. Keep it on a plate lined with paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
