To use an oven glove, I needed to find a package of oven gloves. To find a package of oven gloves, I needed to go to the store. To go to the store, I needed money. To get money, I needed to find a wallet. To find a wallet, I needed to go to my bedroom. To go to my bedroom, I needed to wake up early. So, the next time you want to make pancakes, be sure to first go to the store to get the ingredients. Then, heat up the skillet in the oven, use an oven glove, and go to your bedroom.

Protein pancakes are a protein-packed breakfast option. In a protein pancake, protein powders, whey and casein protein, are used to replace eggs or flour and then cooked in a pan. Protein pancakes can be made with a variety of ingredients, and different flavors can be added to make them more appealing to kids. A healthy protein pancake will include protein powder, milk and eggs, as well as whole wheat flour. In this recipe, we’re using Ener-G Egg Replacer, which is a commercial egg replacer that can be used in place of eggs. It’s made from soy protein isolate, tapioca starch and leavening agent. You can find it at major grocery stores and in most health food stores. In this protein pancake recipe, we’re using 7 grams of protein per pancake. If you don’t use a protein powder, that’s fine. Just make sure to add another gram of protein to reach the 7 gram recommendation.

Heat your blender and blend. You can put this mixture in the fridge for a few minutes or you can heat it up in the microwave and stir. Next, add a few drops of liquid stevia and about 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder. Mix and add the eggs. The mix should be thick enough to hold its shape, but still pourable. If the mixture is too thick, add more cocoa powder. If it’s too thin, add a few more drops of liquid stevia. Finally, you want to add about a tablespoon of flour. You can use any flour that you want, but I’ve used whole wheat pastry flour and whole wheat bread flour. Mix well and heat in the microwave or on the stove. Flip and cook on the other side.
