For some reason, the cornstarch in the baking soda doesn’t seem to get mixed in the flour as well as the flour in the other flours, and the batter is very hard to spread. So, I’ve found that it’s best to make pancakes on the stovetop. I do use a toaster oven to cook them for a short period of time so that they don’t burn. So, here is the recipe that I use.
