Today I’ll show you how to make a very simple chocolate cheesecake with a crust of nuts in it, we’ll then follow that with a ganache, just like our classic cheesecake
How to Make the Best Mini Cheesecakes
Easy recipe and you can make that on hand whenever you want, plus you only need the things which you can get at any corner grocery stores.
What Ingredients Are Needed?
Need a recipe for a cheesecake? Check out this simple recipe below. Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. salt
3 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. cream cheese
1 c. sweetened flaked coconut
3 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. vanilla
Mix together flour, sugar, butter, sour cream, milk and eggs. Blend until smooth. Mix together ricotta, cream cheese and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients with sour cream mixture. Pour mixture into 9″ springform pan, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Top with a meringue made from the egg whites and the remaining sugar.
The Decorations
A mini cheesecake is made from a graham cracker crust, and then topped with whipped cream, cheese, and chocolate. To make it, put the ingredients in a food processor, and process until it is smooth. Place the mixture in a springform pan and bake in the oven until the crust is golden brown. This takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven, and then place the cheesecake in the freezer for 15 minutes. After that, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Now, you can top it with the desired decorations. Top it with whipped cream. Then, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
Moulding the Crust
The first step in making cheesecake is to prepare a graham cracker crust. I prepared a cookie dough by mixing two teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon with one cup of graham cracker crumbs. I then added one egg and stirred the mixture well. I then pressed the cookie dough into a greased pan. Then I baked the crust for ten minutes at 350 degrees. After that I took it out of the oven and used a knife to spread it evenly.
Making the Crust
In this recipe we use a mini cheesecake that does not require a crust. Instead we use a simple mixture of melted chocolate and cream cheese, and use that as a base for the cake. This is a very simple and tasty recipe. All you need is cream cheese and chocolate.
