I am a carnivore and love to eat meat. One of my favorite meats is Italian sausage. However, I don’t like the usual fried method. As you will see in this recipe, I have created a delicious and healthier method of making this popular meat. I have used an air fryer to create this meal.
Tips For Making Great Italian Sausage
If you’re making your own sausage, the first thing to do is to get the casing of your choice. Some of the most commonly used casings include hog casings and sheep casings. You can also use plastic food wrap, butcher paper, and plastic bags. The easiest way to get the sausage casing is to get some extra food packaging. The packaging doesn’t have to be anything fancy. It can just be a thin plastic bag with holes in it or a piece of plastic wrap. Place the casing in a bowl of cool water. Make sure to drain it and wring out any excess water. After you get the casing out of the water, cut off a small section of the end of the casing. The tip of the casing should be dry. Take a wire tip and poke it through the end of the casing. Tie it securely to prevent it from slipping. Place the sausage mixture into the casing. Take the end of the casing and twist it. You want to use about 3 twists per inch. That will ensure you have a tight casing around the sausage. Once the sausage is completely tied, cut the end of the casing off. When you’re ready to make the sausages, take the sausage out of the casing. Use a pair of kitchen tongs to make sure you keep the sausage cool. You don’t want to lose any of the heat that you worked so hard to get the sausage to. Cook the sausages
How To Make Italian Sausage In Air Fryer

Once the oil is hot, place the onion and garlic in the fryer, and set the time to 10 minutes. While the onions are cooking, in a large bowl combine the dry ingredients, add in the fresh ground pork and chicken and mix well. To prepare the marinara sauce, combine the chopped tomatoes, oregano, and garlic in a blender. Blend the ingredients together to a smooth sauce. Place the ingredients into a resealable plastic bag and let the sausage sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours before cooking. When the onions are cooked, drain off the oil and add in the sausage and chicken. Roll the sausage into 1/4 inch (6mm) diameter links. Once all the links are assembled, pour the marinara sauce over the top.

How Long To Cook Italian Sausage
To make good quality Italian Sausage you need to know the correct cooking time. This means you need to know the thickness of the sausage so that you can figure out the correct time. You need to keep an eye on the colour. Once the sausage is cooked then you can remove it from the food fryer to prevent it from overcooking.
Why you should make Italian Sausage
Making sausages and meatballs can be tricky, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing. For the best results, you should let your sausages rest and allow them to cool down. Then you can serve them immediately. If you’re going to put them in the oven, you’ll want to make sure they don’t get too hot, and that you cover them with a moist towel so they don’t dry out. If you’re using a skillet, be sure to first wipe it off with a paper towel, or you’ll end up with burnt sausage. You can also saute your meatballs in oil or butter before placing them in the oven, but be sure to remove them before the sauce gets too hot.
