When I was a kid, macchiatos were my favorite drink. They are smooth, sweet and creamy. Today, however, they are not the mainstay of most people’s daily diets. Unfortunately, the majority of commercial beverages that are available in stores are watery and flavored to a greater or lesser degree. Personally, I prefer to drink real macchiatos, and by real, I mean Macchiato macchiatos, rather than the more common coffee flavored drinks.

Ingredients for Iced Macchiato
On this page, we will show you how to make an iced macchiato. This is a popular café drink in the UK, and we’ve recreated the drink here. It’s made using coffee, steamed milk, and sugar. This is a seasonal drink, so it’s not often available. However, a similar drink can be made using vanilla steamed milk instead of coffee. 1 cup of espresso is about 80g, so you will need about 160g of steamed milk. We’ve used evaporated milk, but you can use any dairy milk. Make sure you are using very fresh milk, and it should be at around 40 degrees celsius. 3 packets of sweetener will be sufficient.
How to Make Macchiato
The macchiato coffee is a type of espresso made with steamed milk. It is usually served with foam and a dash of sugar. The macchiato was first introduced at the Caffe Medaglia D’Oro in Italy in the 1970s. It was originally a double macchiato, or double foam, but this was later reduced to a single layer. The macchiato is an Italian delicacy and can only be served in Italian coffee shops. You can also make a macchiato at home. The coffee is prepared with steamed milk and a dash of sugar, which is then added to the espresso. To do this, prepare your coffee and start the milk steaming. Once the milk has steamed, carefully remove it from the heat. Do not disturb the milk as it will begin to lose its heat. After the coffee has cooled, pour the espresso into a glass containing the steamed milk. Give it a good stir and serve.
