1 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup lukewarm water
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. When pan is hot, pour the dumpling dough in and flatten with the back of a spoon. Cook for about 10 minutes each side. Remove from pan and keep warm until ready to eat.
