Whip Heavy Cream
This recipe uses heavy whipping cream, which is commonly referred to as whipped cream. If you don’t have heavy whipping cream you can substitute regular whipping cream. Start by separating the heavy cream. To do this, open the carton and place it on top of a clean surface. Using a clean, sharp knife, cut along the top of the carton to separate it into two layers. Now that the cream is separated, you need to use the cream to make the cold foam. Take the cream and place it in a mixing bowl. Using an electric beater, beat the cream until it is nice and thick. Make sure to start on a slow speed and increase the speed until the cream starts to thicken. Once the cream is thick, add the sugar. Mix until it is all combined. Next, add the salt and vanilla. Continue mixing until everything is incorporated.
Making Cold Foam with Hot Milk
To make cold foam you need only a cup of hot milk and a whipped topping can. You will need a funnel, a measuring cup and a blender to make this easy cold foam.
