10. Cook until soft and translucent.
11. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir to dissolve.
12. Add 1 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir and cook for a minute.
13. Add 1 can of tomato paste. Stir.
14. Add one pound of the beef stock. Stir.
15. Add 1 cup of beef broth. Stir.
