How To Make A Cold Brew

This simple recipe makes one of the best cold brew coffees I have ever had. To make this, you’ll need: A cold brew coffee maker (I recommend a bullet, you’ll thank me later!) 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup raw organic cane sugar 1/2 cup cold brew coffee 1 pinch of sea salt A saucepan with about 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, or more if you like a thicker frosting I made this frosting by melting 2 tablespoons of salted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter had melted, I whisked in 1 cup of icing sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract until combined. After combining the icing sugar, I added 2 tablespoons of warm tap water to the icing sugar and whisked until combined. I poured the icing sugar and water mix into a food processor and pulsed until the mixture was completely smooth and smooth. I poured the frosting over the cold brew, using my hands to spread it out. I then sprinkled some granulated sugar and sea salt over the top. You can use granulated sugar instead of icing sugar if you want to make this recipe vegan, but I’d recommend icing sugar anyway. If you don’t have a cold brew coffee maker, you can also use a high-powered blender to make this coffee.
