I would recommend blancing it after 2 to 3 months. After that, store it in freezer bags or airtight containers. You’ll be able to enjoy this fresh every time you want. We suggest using fresh summer Squashes for this recipe. For this reason, we recommend using zuchini squash. Zuchinis are low calorie and rich in vitamin A, B6, C and E. This recipe uses zuki squash, which is a winter squash that has a mild flavor. You can also use red or yellow summer pumpkins. Pumpkins are high in fiber and contain vitamin K, manganese and iron. Pumpkin seeds are also high quality and are a great source of vitamin E and magnesium. If you want to make your own pumpkin pie, you will need pumpkin purée.
