How do you properly cut an avocado?

But if this is something you do every day, I‟d suggest using the blender method. Blend the whole avocado in batches until all the juice has gone.
How do you make an avocado easier to cut?

You can also use any spoon you want to get the slices out without breaking through skin. This is a great way to use avocado chunks to add to salads, sandwiches, or other dishes. Other compounds appear to lower cholesterol levels. And many of them have anti-inflammatory properties, making them useful for treating arthritis and other inflammatory conditions.
Can I freeze avocado?
