Just like most cuts of meat, chicken breast is fairly easy to cube. We’ll show you the steps for the most common way to cube chicken breast. Chicken breast has a lot of muscle, which is why it’s so good to cube it. The long fibers in chicken breast make it easy to cube up. First, you’re going to want to remove the chicken breast from the bone. You don’t want to put the chicken breast on a cutting board. This will make it easier to cut and turn the chicken breast into a cube. Grab a sharp knife and slice along the side of the chicken breast. While the chicken breast is still on the bone, slice it in half. Each side of the chicken breast is going to have a bone on one side and a meaty section on the other. Cut the meaty section off of the bone. You can use the bone as a handle. The meat is going to be a long rectangular shape, and it’s going to be kind of thin.
