If you don’t want the tendins, try turkey wings. They are much easier to chew and less tender than the legs though. Another option is turkey breasts. Again, easy to cook and tender. Finally, if none of those work for you, why not try the whole bird? It is quite tasty and moist. So, go ahead and try it! The only downside to this recipe is that it requires a whole turkey.
