Preheat the oven broiler to 450 F., lay a piece of foil over the top of your roast meat and place the meat in it. Fold the two ends of this foil together to form a square.Place the whole package in your broiling pan and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.. The roast should be cooked through and browned on both sides. Remove from the pan using a slotted spoon and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite side dish. This is a great way to use up leftovers! This is delicious and a nice way of using up leftover roast. I would recommend using the same recipe for your next meal.

Here’s what I do: I put the roast in my roasting pan and cover it with water. I turn the oven to 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then I cover the meat with foil and let rest for 30 minutes before taking it away from the stove. All it does is end too, chewy and well-done. Btw this is NOT a rub! This is such a simple recipe, yet it comes out so delicious. This roast is so moist and flavorful, I can’t imagine how it would taste otherwise. You can serve it over mashed potatoes or rice, or even with some steamed vegetables. If you’re looking for something a little more substantial, you could serve this with steaks or chops. My favorite way to eat this roast would be with mashed sweet potato and steaming broccoli. Yum! 🙂 The only thing I would add is maybe some brown sugar or maple syrup. Or maybe a bit of butter.
