But it is better to boil it because it doesn’t dry out and adds more flavor to the dish. You will also need: a pan, a fish fillet, fresh lemon juice, fresh dill, and salt. Start by cleaning the fillet of any remaining dirt and cut out any visible bones. Next, put the fillet into a pan and cover it with water. Turn the heat up to high and let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. The water will evaporate as the fish cooks. When it is ready, drain it and place it on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve with dill and enjoy.
