Here’s how I cook it: Put a large roaster in my oven and put the whole roast on top. Cover it tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes. Turn it over and let it sit for another 10 minutes before serving. This will give it a nice crusty exterior and a tender interior. If you want to make it even better, you could add a little extra butter or olive oil. You can also add some chopped herbs and spices to this recipe. For example, I used rosemary and thyme. We cook the beef covered in water until the desired internal temperature is reached. We then cover our roast with foil and let it rest for about 30 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute and the outside of our beef to cook evenly. After resting, we slice our meat and serve it with our sauce. If you want to make a sauce, add a little of your favorite sauce to your meat. You can also add some of this sauce directly to any meat dish you are making. For example, you could add it to steak, chicken, or pork. Or you might want a tomato sauce over your steak.
