How long does pork steaks take to cook?
Heat a thick-heavy pan over medium-high heat, add oil and cook the meat until browned all over, about 5 minutes. Season with any seasoning you want. Remove the pan from the heat and let the excess fat drip off. Cut the bacon into thin slices and add to this pan along with the sliced steak. Pork chops should be served at about 145–160°C (depending on their size). Pork roasting is usually done at 180° C. Meat tender enough to be cut into cubes will need to rest for 30 minutes before cooking. This allows the juices to redistribute themselves evenly throughout the piece.
Why are my pork steaks tough?

However, using a pan will ensure that the meat is cooked evenly and thoroughly. This is especially important for tender cuts like pork tender loins and pork roast. Pork tenderlons should be cooked at a temperature of 145ºF for about 5 minutes. After this time, remove the pan from the heat and allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Once the desired thickness is achieved, slice the pieces into thin strips.
Are pork steaks good?
