Chicken is easier to work with than pork and offers a better flavor. Plus, chicken is cheaper. Choose chicken if possible. There are many other options besides ground meats. Try using turkey, duck, or even salmon. Salmon is great for cooking and can make a great addition to any dish. Other fish like trout, mackerel, herring, sardines, etc. are also great additions to almost any meal. Don’t forget to add extra flavor to every bite. Add some spices to spice up your meal, such as chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder or paprika. Chili powder is wonderful for adding flavor while cooking vegetables. Adding the olive oil helps keep the onion and cloves from drying out. After you’ve added the oil, sprinkle the salt and pepper on top. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
