Make sure your pizza dough isn’t too wet, or too dry. If it’s too wet, it’s not going to knead well and it will get a little tough. If it’s too dry, you’ll have trouble rolling it out. You don’t want to use too much flour, or too much water, either. The dough needs to be a certain consistency. You’ll notice that the sides of the dough rise. This is because there’s more moisture in the middle.

Method
To make pizza dough for baking, you’ll need flour, water, and yeast. Combine these ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a rubber spatula. Let the dough rise until it’s doubled in size. Gently roll out the dough, and use a pizza cutter to cut out your pizza. You can use the back of a spoon to make dips in the dough for sauce. Bake the pizza in the oven at 450 degrees for around 10 minutes. It should be golden brown and have a crispy crust.
